Build Quality

Neckband

It is made of premium quality of silicon and it is cylindrical in shape. Dedicated power on/off button with boAt branding on it and also a volume controller which prevents accidental press. LED indicator.is present on the right side of the neckband. The quality is good and the buttons are very tactile.

It comes with a glossy finish with L & R indicator printed on each side. A Type-c port is also present on right side of the neckband. boAt logo is also printed on the left side of the neckband.

Earbuds

Earbuds on these bluetooth neckband are made up of metal and they are magnetic so when you wear neckband that the wires are not going to dance. Earbuds come with In-ear design which helps in comfortable fitting and fits deep in user ear canal and talking about fitting then the earbuds also comes with pre-attached ear hooks for better gripping. boAt branding also printed on both of the earbuds.

Wire

I am really impressed by the thickness of the wires on boAt rockerz 330. Although it is not braided also the protection on the joints is also very strong and promising.

I personally think that the length of the wire should be more because when we wear it the neckband hangs from front which might apply some extra weight on ears.

Considering the price range on which it comes the build quality is really amazing.

Audio Performance

boAt is mainly known for the sound quality of its devices especially bass and here boAt rockerz 330 does not disappoints. The bass is very punchy and thumping and the quality of bass is also good but not the best but you will get boomy bass with these Bluetooth neckband.

Due to heavy bass you might feel that you are not getting good clarity of mid and high frequency many times the high frequecies feels suppressed by bass and instrument separation is also not that good.

Because of Heavy Bass mid and high frequency suffers. If you love to listen heavy bass songs that you will surely love it but if you like balaced output with good instrument separation and clarity then this neckband might not be made for you.

Loudness of boAt rockerz 330 is also very high. At 100% volume you will start feeling uncomfortable in your ears. I recommend you to listen music on this neckband at a range between 70-85%.

Battery Performance

This is the biggest highlight of boAt rockerz 330 because it comes with 30 hours of battery life with type-c fast charging port. It gets completely charged in around one hour and gives 10 hours of playback on 10 mins charge.

Button Controls

All the Button controls on boAt rockerz 330 are present on the right side of the neckband .

• Play/pause: single press the “O” button.
• Next track: Press and hold the “+” button.
• Prev. track: Press and hold the “-“ button.
• Volume increase: Short press the “+” button.
• Volume decrease: Short press the “-“ button.
• Press and hold the “O” button to activate the voice assistant.
• Answer/ hung up an incoming call: short press the “O” button.
• Reject an incoming call: long press the “O” button to reject an incoming call.
